 Too Young It's funny how, as I write these poems, people want to say: "You are too young to speak of these things!" But am I too young to understand what goes on around me? Am I too young to understand the killing of a little life? Am I too young to understand about the little child my age eating from a garbage can because they cannot afford food? I may not be of very many years, but I have a brain. And I know how to use it! So tell me not that I am too young, for I might tell you that you are too OLD.
